  2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The available options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that the mentioned shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
     

  3. International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to selected destinations. However, please be aware that there may be additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns and Exchange Policy

  1. At Charmé, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer returns in the form of a store credit for eligible items. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Note: This applies only to products that are not custom ordered or made!

  2. Eligible Items: To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that have been altered or modified to your specifications, as indicated by the "Custom Made" label, are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend carefully checking your measurements and product details before placing a custom order.

  3. Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the eligible amount. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for 12 months from the issuance date.
